Affordable Housing Information
Prospective residents wishing to apply for an income/rent restricted unit in a project participating in the Zig program must apply and be income and asset certified at the participating property. It is the property's responsibility to qualify prospective tenants for the program. Prospective tenants for the programs should: Inquire directly with properties you are interested in to find out about vacancies. All households applying must disclose all income sources and have their income and assets verified prior to signing a lease.
